Frequently Asked Questions

How are the trailers shipped?
They are shipped boxed up on a pallet. (For additional shipping details, see our Orders page). If you prefer, you may pick up your new trailer at our manufacturing facility in Huron, Ohio (directions can be found on our Contact Us page).

Who will deliver my trailer?
Depending on your location, shipments are via either UPS or ABF Freight Systems (unless you choose to pick up your trailer).

Is any assembly required?
Yes (though you may pick up a fully assembled trailer at our manufacturing facility). The wheels, axle, tongue, fenders, and hardware are packaged and shipped inside the cargo compartment to make for compact shipping.

Is assembly difficult?
No. If you can line up pre-drilled holes and tighten a few nuts and bolts, then assembly is easy! Simple step-by-step instructions are included.

How long does it take to receive the trailer after ordering?
The current lead time for building and shipping your trailer is five to six weeks. If you need your trailer sooner, you can have your order expedited for an additional fee.

Do I need a Paypal account to pay you?
No. You may simply pay as a guest by entering your payment information on the Paypal-generated invoice. We use Paypal Merchant Services for the mutual security and protection of the buyer and seller.

Can I pay for a trailer without using a credit card?
Yes. Just contact us via email and ask first regarding your preferred method of payment (i.e. money order, bank check, personal check). Then we'll give you the details on how to order and make payment.

Where does the license plate go?
There is a bracket supplied to be attached behind the left wheel for mounting the license plate.

What about a title for licensing?
Trailers are issued a Manufacturers Certificate of Origin along with a Bill of Sale. These are used to get your plate.
